Back when windows 98 came out, there was a nice bar called web channels or something like it built into IE4. Channel bar was cool and was a link to websites.
Ever since than MS pulled in from IE. Is there anything simular to this for windows 2k or XP?
You need active desktop enabled to use it but XP is by default using active desktop.
Anyone have any ideas about web channels or a channel bar linking sites with icons showing to site like Disney, NBC, Bloomberg, and even Comedy Central?
