I guess ATI didn't want them selling it yet. My family got a computer from them about five years ago... at the time the price was insanely good, and it shipped clean with tied wires and all, but their technical support is... amusing at best, horrible if you actually seriously need help.

There answer to every question I tossed at them was "Reformat your harddrive and use the recover disk" No matter what I asked.

Once my usb wasn't working and I called them... "Reformat and use your recovery disk"

Then I go into bios and find out they were simply turned off there. So I say, "It's okay, I found out my dad accidently turned them off in the bios, I fixed it." The Tech support guy said, "Still, you need to reformat and use your recovery disk."

I feel sorry for people that have nothing more to go on than that... XD But to be fair, that will fix every damned software problem out there... just cost you everything on your harddrive in the process.
