X server locks; Xorg consumes CPU

I've tried both 1.0-9746 and 1.0-9631 drivers and it locks up with both. I have an HP dual-core Athlon system (a1483w) with a built-in nVidia graphics card and a GeForce 6200 LE driving a second monitor. When I truss against the Xorg server with it's spinning I get output like this:

Well I must apologize. Turns out I was still using the "nv" driver instead of the "nvidia" driver. Once I got that changed everything works like a champ.
