call it a blessing or a curse, but I can never go LCD in my lifetime(burning eyes and headaches)...and 24" CRTS are way too bulky to be practical

Could you post a comparison pic of your old 19" (lcd preferably) side by side to that 22" please? I'm really curious as to how big that viewing area really is.

uhmm that would mean work for me, since my old 19" is in the dump (rudolf)
But it is WAY bigger then the 1280*1024 100hz on my 19". The gaming experience is another world. WAY BETTER!.

I got the 19" version of your monitor, 145 from argos, is your 5ms like the 19"?, does the 22" go to 1440x900 and 1600x1200 or something and 100hz?

haha from a CRT yes, but I liek CRT colors more than LCD. Although LCD is far easier on my eyes, it does ghost and the dark colors are not as good. IMO of course... everyones mileage varies.

enjoy your setup... i know i have.

Anyone have any real life comparison pics between different sizes of monitors... 17" --> 19" --> 22" wide ---> and so on?

I wasn't impressed with my last Acer LCD. three dead pixels. Only LCD I've ever bought with dead pixels.

Sounds like you're having a much better experience than I did. :afro2:
