Happy New Year guys...

I was supposed to get a Coolit Freezone Universal for Christmas but they were impossible to get...

So I've decided to go for the full cheeseburger instead and put together a complete H20 solution.

I intend on using my new Antec 900 case, I'd also like to cool the chipset (or this that a waste of time?) the 8800 GTX and my cpu.

Would anyone like to suggest some parts, I won't be skimping on costs as I'd like
to get some longevity from this.

I was thinking of vendors like Danger Den... 2007 might also see me get a Quad Core, so it would be nice if this H20 solution could cope with that too...

All pointers, links and advice gratefully received!

Thanks :)

Welcome to the fascinating world of H20. :)

As far as pumps go, it depends on how much you're willing to spend. The Iwakis are the most reliable and are the best performers (RD30, MD-20RZ). Next in line are the Swiftech MCP350/MCP355 and Laing DDC-1/DDC-2s.

Radiators.. Thermochill PA series are the best, and it's up to you whether you want a one fan, two fan, or three fan rad. Next in line is the Black Ice GT Stealth and the Swiftech MCR series.

CPU Blocks.. Swiftech Storm is the best for single/dual core. For quad core, the Swiftech Apogee has been tested to outperform the Storm.

The Cooltechnica MP-05 LE is also a good choice.

GPU blocks.. depends on your graphics card and whether or not you want a full cover block. Dangerden and Swiftech are both good.

Chipset blocks.. really not necessary, just adds more restriction to your loop.

Reservoirs.. doesn't really matter. Personal preference.

Tubing.. Tygon or Masterkleer. Size is personal preference, but more often than not 1/2" tubing has been known to outperform 3/8".
