1) Could be your processor, although still seems like a low score
2) Check your nvidia control panel settings when running 3dMark06, and also check to see what res/settings the Professional Edition is running at, because when users report their scores here they always do so by default res on the free edition, which is 1280x1024, no AA, no AF.
3) Possibly your power-supply. Need to know the specs on the 12v rail(s).

"Default settings" isn't enough detail on 3dmark, because you have the professional edition which is different from the trial version. Is it running at 1280x1024, no aa, no af?

And do you have "application preference" checked on your AA and AF in nvidia control panel?

For the PSU, list the amperage on each 12v rail that is on the power-supply. It'll have a number beside an "a" like "19A".

That score seems normal to me. That single core 3500+ is killing you. But it's really just a number. I wouldn't really be too concerned about it. You can always pick up an X2 for dirt cheap now if it bothers you enough, which would bring your scores up, as well as provide a nice real-world performance boost. :)

3D mark no aa,no af.res. at 1280x1024

So how would i know my problem is?
Because i thinking about new cpu but i have no cash for new psu:( .that means i have the choise one of them for a while..

And the specs on your PSU? Need amperage on the 12v rail(s), please. You may have only one 12v rail or you may have multiple. I need you to list them all.

Also, if you have any extra disc drives or case fans that you could power off/disconnect, do it and see if your score increases. If it does, then you need a better PSU.

Your PSU is fine. Just barely, though. Two 12v rails @ 15a each should keep an 8800GTX fairly happy. You really aren't powering a whole lot, anyway. Defintely upgrade PSU sometime, but I would probably grab a processor first.

12v1 = 14A, 12v2 = 15A

That might be your problem right there. You have a dual-rail, which is poorly optimized for heavy graphics like the 8800GTX, and you have low amperage on the rails on top of that.

Sorry to say it, but in order to get better performance out of that GTX I think you need both a better processor and power-supply.

Yeah looks good. I have the OCZ GameXstream 700W and its plenty of power for my system. See sig. My rails are over and above what they should be especially my 12v. It pretty much stays pegged at 12.5v. The 3.3 stays at 3.3 and the 5 is at about 5.05. You will have plenty of power with that Toughpower. I have read nothing but good reviews on those.

Just a thought, I have the same card and I had 11000 3dmark06 when I bought it, then later got only 8600 and looked at everything for the cause, turns out after removing the Asus On screen display software my performance got back to normal.

Worth a try before changing CPU if you have that software installed, just remove all ASUS crap and try the official 97.92 driver.

My PC :
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Intel E6600 @ 3.2 GHZ
2 GB Corsair XMS2 @ 800 Mhz
Asus EN8800GTX @ 650 / 2000
Raptor 150 GB + 5 other various HD
Thermaltake 680W PS
2 X Viewsonic VP2000S
All stock cooling

esir--don't get that power-supply. Stay away from all PSU's that have only two 12v rails. Pay very close attention to that. Go with either a single 12v rail PSU or one that has 3 or more, but stay far, far away from dual-rail PSU's.

I've never heard of Easycon, either. Go with a Thermaltake like you were going to, or Silverstone, or OCZ, or FSP Group, or PCPower & Cooling, or Antec. But just make sure you don't buy a dual-12v rail power-supply. They are horribly optimized for gaming.
