I have three different Saitek models and I like all three. Of the three I would agree the Eclipse II is hard to beat.

or you could always go with a logitech G15

I would go with the Razer Tarantula . Saitek Eclipse IMO feel too cheap and the backlighting does not even cover all keys

The Saitek, Logitech G15, and Razer are cool and all, but also really expensive and come with a lot of extra keys you may not want.

This (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=212402) is the keyboard I've used. It's pretty basic, but the illumination is good and it's inexpensive. It's worked great from day one.

Good point Saturn. I mean I paid $100 for my Razer :( but its worth it even though I do not use any of the gaming keys or bloatware it comes packaged with cuz it looks so damn cool :p
