Huh I can save up £50 in a week, not surprised it will take you until end of 2007 save up $100. Maybe $100 is really alot of money to you but £50 is not a lot to me. I suppose your mother give you $2 a week pocket money. :)

I agree it will be slow but ideal for Vista as a SFF :) The speed of a 7600GT is a bit of a streach maybe a 6600GT. Which still can handle alot of games.

the 7300GT ddr3 is more powerful than the 6600GT imo.

...my friend has one and he's coming from a 6600GT. the difference is very noticeable.

so i think its a good guess that the performance of the 8300gt is somewhere near the 7600GT performance.
