Fan headers on EVGA 680i

So, 2 of my fan headers have not worked since I got this thing. The one directly behind the rear panel USB ports and the one all the way on the bottom right corner of the board.

Now I read somewhere that there is a way to get these to work but it didn't say how. Does anyone know how to get to get these to work? It was mentioned as a BIOS setting, but I don't see it.

Yea, in the BIOS, set the fanspeed to manual, and enable the VREG fan.

Cool, I'll give that a try. Might help my cable management some.
