http://www.pixel2life.com/ is awesome for running the gamut of all-things web (and otherwise).

http://www.good-tutorials.com is great as just a Photoshop tutorial site.

http://www.sitepoint.com is a great company and they often have fantastic tutorials/blogs/etc with great information and usually really cool examples.

http://www.ajaxian.com is an awesome site about the ever-growing world of Ajax. While they don't usually host any tutorials themselves, they link to hundreds of sites that discuss Ajax.
