...Make sure the serial number sticker is securely attached to the back of the card. I found out today that Newegg wasn't going to honor my RMA because the sticker wasn't there. Mine fell off when I got it, so I just stuck it on the clear plastic card-holder thing. Newegg's inspection department didn't spot it. After I contacted them and found out about the issue I told them where the sticker was and they will now honor the RMA.
It sucks though, if they had just emailed me about the problem when they opened the box 7 days ago, I wouldn't have another weekend without a working PC. I should probably order a cheapo PCIE card as a backup...
