Use my Zalman 7000B or my AC Freezer 64 pro?

What cools better, zalman 7000B or the freezer 64 pro? I will be upgrading my CPU to an Athlon x2 4800+ today and i need to OC it alot! I am also buying a used AC freezer pro with it and i don't know if i should use it or not...

If you have them all, you could try them all and see. If it's a PITA to switch (because you have to remove motherboard, etc.), you could try a quick open-air comparison outside the case, and decide from there. I've got the Zalman 7000Cu, and it's cooling my OC'd 3000+ quite nicely, but I don't honestly know about the others. I'm sure there's plenty of online comparisons...
