Mobile chips with the latest FreeBSD support ?

I'm going to buy a new laptop.

This time with Nvidia instead of my old laptops which come with ATI with no FreeBSD driver support. ;)

So what is the latest Nividia mobile video chip and already has FreeBSD driver support?
