Picked one up today :captnkill:

Still taking some getting used to, but overall it definetely is more comfortable than the copperhead

Hmmmmmmmmm. :D

I've always loved the precision of the Razer's but hated the design because they were uncomfortable. But that one looks like a definite ergonomic improvement.

I'm using an A4Tech X7 w/ 2000dpi right now, but it's optical. It's really comfortable but I miss the laser precision of the Razer Diamondback I used to game with. I might have to give this one a look.

jakup, do you have any more pictures of it like up around the buttons? Are they indented like they are on the Diamondback?

Copperheads are for fingertip slingers like me. The Adder seems to suit the palmers, similar to the Intellimouse.

Here is a pic from the side, yes they are slightly indented

I checked it out at newegg. Have you noticed a problem with cursor positioning when you pick up the mouse and put it back down?

Yes, it reads the mousepad a bit higher than the copperhead... so far it hasn't caused me much pain, but I can see where there could be an issue.

Meh, i still LOVE my diamondback mouse. I don't think I can get much more precise than I am now.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that looks really ugly from the side? I like the nice smooth buttons like on the G5, but one solid color like that looks really bland.

Off topic, I thought you had the Z5500's Jakup? That speaker in the background sure looks like a Z680.

That's not a very polite thing to write on your mouse jAkUp.

On a side note. I worry about your speaker placement.

I'm too lazy to find it for you, but afaik he mainly uses the sennheisers now, so it really doesn't matter. My Z5500's aren't even in the same room, so I'm doing the same. There are some days though were the Sennheisers just won't cut it and I need to have 500W going. :D

I see.

My 5500s aren't in the same room as my pc either. They are on the 360 :D my 680s on the PC ;)

dude this mouse right here is by far the most comfy and most convenient i have EVER Used:

http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o148/buffbiff21/untitled-1.jpg

i use the buttons for "back and forward", close, and maximize/minimize. totally awesome.

it came with the mx3000 kit. Only 55 bucks on Egg a while back :D

Its DPI is total crap, but at least it was cheap.

^ That actually is the most comfortable mouse I've ever used, but as you said, the DPI is crap. You'll get killed in a fast-paced FPS going up against someone of equal skill with a high-performance mouse with that thing. It really makes a difference.

Jakup, I ordered my Deathadder today to go along with my new Tarantula (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=85405) board.

I've been using the Copperhead for over a year now and I still love the mouse, but playing for extended periods seems to hurt my wrist slightly. Has going from the Copperhead to Deathadder been difficult? Are you finding it better or worse for FPS?
