Question, Currently running dual 8800GTS in SLI and now when I play BF2 or

run benchmarking on Trackmania the system completely powers off. It never

did this while running a single GTS. My power supply is a 600wOCZ Sli but

currently its powering alot of hardware in my system. I found this bay

powersupply online from thermaltake and was wondering if anyone thinks this

should be good enough to power one GTS so I can take some load off of my OCZ

Odd, I'm only running a 600+ Watt power supply from Sintek and I've had no problems here. My power supply does max out at to 700 so that might be why. I've been using it for sometime now and it's running my 7950's in Quad SLI, 3 hard drives, motherboard, CD-R etc. If all else fails RMA the power supply or buy a new one. Newegg.com has a huge selection! I don't know what your budget is so I'm not going to list or suggest which one. Good luck!

I had that problem with the OCZ 700W PSU when I was trying to use it with 8800GTXs in SLI so it does sound like the PSU. I'll let others more knowledgeable about the PSUs make a recommendation on the bay power supply though. I've never used one and don't know much about them.

Thanks for the help, yea im kind of skeptical about using a bay power supply, not really sure if it can handle a single 8800GTS

No that bay power supply will not work ,I would have thought the power supply you have would be enough, but it does sound like the power supply,I have a Thermaltake ToughPower 700watts and I am running two overclocked 8800GTS in SLI along with a overclocked E6600 at 3.7gigs and four sticks of PC8500C5D,and four harddrives, and two DVD burners and sound card along with 5 120mm case fans.SilverStone makes a good 700watt too.
