Got wind of 100.54 x64 & x86 vista (build dated 1.16.2007) being available for registered developers, I'm sure someone will leak it fairly soon. Not sure what's new yet.

Actually...

The docs and the inf seem to indicate:
It's unified and not just for the 8800.
The standby mode blue screens are fixed
SLI may be supported
Control panel is basically the same as 100.30
It looks like the aero & media center issue is not fixed
Doesn't seem to be signed, so not sure what happens with x64, maybe f8

HardOCP has some info too, it sounds like from that statement the 30th build will be newer and not just a signed version of this build...

For sure. If it has SLI, XP is so being removed from my system. well, assuming SLI actually works reasonable well...

And they will be beta, but doesn't mean anything. Also, 110.04 was just leaked over at www.station-drivers.com!

Not going to worry about a minor revision upgrade if theres a major one floating around, check the 110.00 driver thread.

Seems the 100.xx range already is, the last lot just didn't have the extended inf's (although you could download them) the only cards not yet supported in forceware X is anything AGP.

No doubt NVIDIA's lack of Vista drivers for their hardware has been a heated topic since the launch of the 8800 series. Well we have a lot of good news tonight direct from the mouths at NVIDIA. NVIDIA has released their "NVIDIA Windows Vista Driver version 100.54" tonight to developers, testers, and reviewers under an information embargo. So obviously it will likely be found online any minute for your download. Some things to note though.

This driver is intended for testing on GeForce 8800 GTX/GTS series GPUs. This driver is intended for DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 application testing in single GPU only. It is not recommended for NVIDIA SLI testing. 3D performance of this driver is improved over Release 95 Vista drivers, and is on par with Windows XP for the top applications, with the exception of OpenGL applications. This driver can also be used with GeForce 7 and GeForce 6 series GPUs, though performance can be slower on some applications because we still have work to do on our drivers.
