Sounds like a good deal to me....

I am debating to buy it for my new rig soon....

(other choice for about this price is the Silverstone Strider 750 watt ST75F)

Any1 advice?? I want a quality power supply that will last for future upgrades.. also I don't know if the OCZ is as quite as (what i have heard about the Silverstone)... Any1 know if the OCZ is powerful enough for 8800GTX SLI (never could afford it though... lol)?

I've personally have never used anything OCZ, but AFAIK they are a good company. Seems like a great price for that size PSU. I turn it over to prior OCZ users and their reviews.

I'm currently using the 750 GameXstream- pushing two 8800GTSs no problem. :D Got 2x hard drives, 2x optical drives, 5x case fans (4x 80mm, 1x 120mm), and a plethora of lighting.

If I didn't already have the Silverstone Zeus 850watt for my new rig, I'd get this one. :D

If this is anything like the other GameXtreme models, this OCZ is actually a rebadged Fortron Source Epsilon unit. Excellent power supply.

10 bucks cheaper than on-line. Sweet deal for sure

How much does this PSU normally cost?

Right now I am banking on getting away with a 420W PSU using a BenQ DVD burner, c2d EE6300, single 8800GTS, and two SATA HDD's. The component I have yet to get is the 8800GTS, but I am hoping my PSU will work with that.

SLI is a complete waste of money IMO and I don't ever have any interest in going that route.

I just put in my brand new OCZ GameXStream 700W an hour ago. :)

So far it works perfectly. Seems VERY quiet too. The build quality is exceptional and there are plenty of connectors for my system without having too many extras.

I have to remember to send out my rebate now. After rebate I think it'll be around $115. Not bad at all. :)
