Well if its greyed out it doesnt work, its that simple. ;)

Right, which is why I said..

"If it's all greyed out you have another problem entirely."

It's obviously not compatible my hardware combination so it doesnt work. so what other problems would cause this fatal1ty?

Had MS pushed 64 bit with Vista, 64-bit driver support would've had to been stepped up and maybe we'd even see some true 64-bit apps.

Obviously it's because of compatiblity reasons.
I would guess that a large percentage of windows users don't even have 64bit processors. Out of around 20 computers that I, relatives and friends use I know of only one computer with a processor that supports 64bit.
Most computer users are way behind, at least in their hardware.

I thought Nvidia allowed for all chipsets in a recent update.

I got mine from Guru3D at 480k :) The performance of these drivers are pretty good although only tried Supreme commander but my min frame rates where 10fps, better then XP which was 1-3!!

Are there any nview settings available in the control panel? I want to be able to modify tv-out settings, enable full screen video playback.

Could someone test this? Thats the only thing keeping me from installing vista right now...

Thanks in advance!

Edit : seems like no 64 Version once again... I hope this not a sign of things to come for us 64-bit adaptors...

I installed Ntune and Uninsatalled my 97.somethingorother drivers, and restarted and Vista wouldn't boot, I think something killed my RAID drivers

/me stares at Ntune

anyhow not going near that again, just in the middle of reinstalling everything :(

wth is so different they cant release 64 bit versions?
only thing 64 about 64 is register sizes so you can have huge numbers instead of just longs. can't they just compile to 64 bit mode lol?

Thanks! But since there is no 64 Bit Version out, I will have to wait for the offical ones. They are only a few days away anyway.
