RedHat 8.094 error

I installed what I believe is RedHat 8.1 BETA 3. I didn't know which files I needed so I used the NVchooser.sh utility. It told me that I needed NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4191.i386.rpm and NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.src.rpm. I downloaded them.

ThenI tried to $ rpm -ivh NVIDIA_kernel.i386.rpm
like the README said. But I got an error:

error: cannot create %sourcedir /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

I am a newbie at Linux. Does anyone have any ideas?
