anyone having issues with 79xx+vista+wow

I can't alt tab nor can i exit the game without my display going insane like the vertical sync froma tv going nuts. has anyone ever seen this issue?

i get it with ut2004, i found that it happens if the in game resolution is set different then the desktop resolution.

yeah I'm getting the same problem going back to XP if I can't find an answer for it quick.

I like vista as well everything else seems sound just the one major problem
