Does SLI work with 7x series in Vista?

I see there's updated drivers for 8800 series SLI cards but what about 7900? Or did it always work and didn't need updated drivers?

I see that, no, SLI does not work with 6 or 7 series yet. NVIDIA will be updating the driver for us old school SLI users soon. [we hope] Congrats to you 8 series owners for getting SLI support already, heh.

I guess Microsoft kind of sprung this new OS on manufactures. Shame on MS for giving them no warning on a new operating system. HAR HAR!

SLI only works with the 8800 series, and not with the 7800 or 7900 series. This will be fixed later, but it's no go for now!!!

One review I read a while back was actually ahead of the game claiming the 100.54 didn't have SLI (this was before they were released) and that the release driver for Vista (which slipped a day) would only have 8800 SLI, which again, it did.

They also said that Nvidia told them SLI for 6 and 7 support would be 3-4 weeks after Vistas release.
