Nope it doesn't support SLi x16 PCi-E what it is the 650i controls the first 16x slot and the 570 controls the other. Just like the 680i which has two chipsets both giving PCI-E lanes.

What dazz said. In simple terms if you buy that mobo yes it will do SLI with both blue slots running at 16x each.
