pls tell me command & command format to extand the number of virtual consoles after tty7.

Just start another getty either manually or from inittab.

sudo getty 38400 tty9


# Format:
# <id>:<runlevels>:<action>:<process>

1:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty1
2:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty2
3:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty3
4:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty4
