PCI vs. USB 2.0 for Wireless N Networking

How much am I limited if my network adapter is a wireless N USB adapter vs. a wireless-N pci adapter?

Is USB 2.0 much slower? Will I even notice the difference?

BTW, it's for gaming and download large files

I've gamed on a USB wireless adapter and it worked fine. :)

Your internet connection will definitely be a limitation before the network interface to your computer.

The PCI card might give a more reliable connection but I really don't have any experience with those.
