I just got done installing these and noticed something very odd. I have two SATA drives in RAID-0. Everytime I reboot the drives get parked when it shows "Shutting Down". When the BIOS detects the array the drives spin back up. What's the point of parking the drives on a reboot when they have to spin back up anyways?

I don't think so, I installed the drivers without re-activating.

Nothing strange with that.

BDRBRYAN,

It is great to have Vista drivers for almost all of the nForce chipsets. However, NF2/NF3 users still haven't seen an update in ages. Can we expect a new nForce Vista driver for these chipsets soon?

AMD 16X drivers are now listed as well, both 32 bit and 64 bit. They have them for all chipsets except the older Nforce ones. Now we just need those SLI drivers :D

I must be blind but I cannot see nForce 4 AMD x16 listed!

i have an AMD Nforce4 and have two sata HDs in raid 0. in device manager it shows the two HDs in PIO mode, not in SATA mode. PIO mode is the only mode availabe in the drop down menu when i deselect the "let the bios determine transfer mode" option. does anyone esle have this problem?

Im still wondering if the drive transfer mode was sata 150 or 300 and not PIO when the native drivers were used during the initial install. Perhaps its better to stay away from the nforce drivers just yet.:beer2:
