View Full Version : Weird looking card back from RMA(8800GTX)

Guys,

Maybe someone can help me here. My 8800GTX killed out on me for no apparent reason so I send it back to eVGA for RMA. The card I sent off was an 8800GTX with a black PCB and a solid black heatsink. The card I got back has a green PCB and a green and black heatsink.

Every picture I can find shows that the eVGA 8800GTX has a black PCB. I cannot find an eVGA that has a green PCB in the 8800GTX flavor.

Can someone help me here? Did they all of a sudden start using different color PCB's?

Many new cards now have a green PCB. I bought a new eVGA not long ago that was green.

all new cards have green PCB's, its normal, but I like my black ones better :)

Yeah me too man. I strongly dislike the new green PCB's. Any idea's why they went back to the traditional green PCB's?
