I dont know if anyone posted this up or not but there is a new patch for Doom 3 that fixes some server issues as well as adds a bit more Windows Vista support. You can download it here!

Nothing new here, just a direct3d wrapper for this opengl game, so if your gpu don't support opengl in vista, you have a fallback.
