Is Nvidia 7800 GS OC compatible with Asus A7N8X Deluxe NForce2

I wanted to buy the Nvidia 7800 GS AGP but i am wondering if it is compatible. I think one of the requirement is to have an AGP 2.0 slot. I don't know if my A7N8X Deluxe has it. Please help. Thanks

Asus A7N8X Deluxe, which I do own myself, have one AGP 8x slot (3.0)
nVidia 7800 GS AGP require at least an AGP slot at 4x speed (2.0)

the motherboards nForce2 chipset has support for, as I know of, 2x, 4x and 8x cards on the AGP slot

The short answer is: yes. Asus A7N8X Deluxe will support nVidia 7800 GS AGP, even at 8x (3.0) mode
