Does anyone else having problems with SCDA in Vista?

I can't run the game (which I can't even get to run without a "cause a problem and needs to be closed error) in XP. It runs in Vista but I am missing textures so you cannot even see what anything is. Patched and everything...

Is this just the status of this game for now?

XP it doesn't work and Vista works but there are so many textures missing you can't see what anything is?

Works find for me in XP, but I see corruption with textures in Vista.

I reformatted tonight - updated SCDA same crash in XP, start with shortcut -ll and it's working finally...
