Company of Heroes crashing

I cannot play COH for more than 5 minutes without it crashing. This is what I see in the event log:

Running Vista Ultimate, 7900 GT with Forceware 100.59, 2 gigs ram


Also when I turn on antialiasing in game, it crawls so bad its unplayable. driver settings are all app controlled.

Yap. I had same issue with 8800. Vista + drivers = all together is a big crap.

there is a known issue when running the ultra textures, If you turn them off ther is no problem, its to be fixed in a patch

My company of heroes performance is actually better in vista than xp, and i so far havent had this issue even though i still have ultra settings on, not really played alot in fairness though

its a memory leak, when i have my textures set to ultra game just keeps taking more and more ram, at one moment it was using 1.5gb of ram

Yes, turning down the graphics from ultra to high solved the problem for me. I played a few hour long rounds on ultimate x32 without any problems.

I have textures at High but still crashing. My media center also crashed causing a BSOD,s omething I havent seen in XP for a long while. I think I will install my XP media center on another partition and use that as my primary OS. Vista is not yet ready to take over full duties.
