RV610 LE - 25W (4 layers PCB, DDR2 & 64bit memory interface)
RV610 PRO - 35W (6 layers PCB, DDR3 & 64bit memory interface)
RV630 PRO? - 75W (DDR2 & 128bit memory interface)
RV630 XT? - 93W (DDR3 & 128bit memory interface)
RV630 XTX? - 128W (DDR4 & 128bit memory interface)

I am puzzled at mainstream RV630 DDR4's power consumption at 128W using 128bit memory interface, it halve compared to high end retail R600 XTX DDR4 consume 240W using 512bit memory interface. If RV630 with DDR4 used 256bit memory interface, the power consumption would doubled to 256W. Hmmm something really very odd going on, it may be possible that R600's 512bit memory interface could be broken and force it fall back to 256bit memory interface as fail-safe or ATI did terrible job on tweaking power consumption.

That is not correct logic my friend. The ram probably uses less power than the core does, so the memory interface probably has a mild difference on power consumption.
