View Full Version : Most stable ram for e6600 + evga 680i
Hey all you C2d owners...A co-worker is putting together a new build and the thread title covers the question. I don't know what brand/speed/latency to recommend. Thanks for input guys.

From what I've seen, it looks to be one of the high-end Corsair models. That's pretty much what most people are using, I think.

Thanks Xion, I figured as much, he wanted crucial and I suggested he wait til I post here asking. Thanks again.

Crucial is a good brand, but I don't know a lot of guys running it on the 680i. It may work just fine, but I just don't know of any.

Corsair FTW. That stuff is rock solid. XMS2 @ 4-4-4-12 800mhz.
Good stuff indeed. They overclock to over 840mhz fairly easily.
