Lately I bought new HDD so I thought it would be nice to make clean installation. So I did. I installed Windows OS and after couple of hours I seemed to work very choppy. Firsty I didn't have any clue except new HDD which has SATAII interface and I have NF7-S mobo on nForce 2 chipset with build-in SiI3112 Sata controller. So I moved OS to old HDD and after some hours the same. The only clue: something wrong when those two HDDS are connected to this controller. There are no hardware conflicts at all, no drivers problem.
And I noticed then this bad thing happens and I have to write what happans. Opera web browser start in more then minute, Gadu-gadu (it's a Polish instant messenger) start in about 1 minute when normally it takes 1-2 secs. I noticed in task manager that process called System utilizes a lot of CPU when I do anything. Point to http link, open anything. But games run very well. What's more system restore doesn't work.
But the funnies and most annoying thing. When it happens and there's no turning back (no system restore). So I happens when I active guest account or make new account with password and log in. After that my OS is doomed. It work but in that manner noboudy would work with it more the few minutes.

Any suggestions.

I have Norton antivirus installed, HDD scanned...
