Best TV Tuner for Vista?

What would be the best TV Tuner card for vista?

I'm not even sure what to look for, but i would like something that:

1) works in 64bit
2) does analog
3) does digital
4) sd and hd
5) captions


i heard that in retail vista MS dropped support for combo tuners? that you no longer are allowed to have analog/digital on same card? is that true?

I know with the ATI HDTV Wonder, you have to go through a 3rd party install procedure and have to edit the registry to get both the digital and analog tuner working in Vista. Even then, it'll show up as two separate tuners so the combo info could be correct.

A few of the Hauppauge cards claim both digital and analog on vista but I haven't used one. Looking for a good card myself

I haven't heard of anything that will do the above, I was just looking at XP MCE and the outcome looked pretty grim for a digital / analog tuner. If I come across something I'll let you know.

I'm using the HVR-1600 and it works great in Vista MCE. I have cable hooked to it and it gets the analog stations fine, and a crappy powered indoor antenna to pick up the OTA digital/HD stations (picks up 14 stations).

Is there a 3-5 sec delay with real time with your card?

Is there a 3-5 sec delay with real time with your card?
Hard to tell DD. My TV is hooked to an Explorer 8800HD DVR that also buffers the feed so it's hard to say what the delay is when comparing the two.

I'm using the HVR-1600 too. I'm impressed, it works really good on Vista media center. I used the media center instead of the tv2000 software that came with it, for some reason it freezes alot on vista on my pc.
