Xion the grass is down because I was running in balanced mode. I was using that and high peformance to test the game because I didn't want to listen to people say, "Dood you have low FPS because you are in highest quality." :p

I gotcha. I see why you're getting the compatibility setting I'm not.. you're running Vista. Have to remember that. I might install it tonight or tomorrow.. my curiosity's starting to get to me.

Heck, as buggy as Vanguard is I figured it was trying to optimize itself for Linux. Thought I'd check just to make sure.

It is running way better.

I had some real time to play tonight. I saw red FPS once during caching|loading and the rest of the time it was smooth. I had one "fatal error" crash. I noticed players and creatures weren't warping around as much either.

Did you guys get the latest DX? I think there is one for 02|07 up:

Man, the crafting on this game is a real pain in the @(!~&
