Weird Image Corruption

Ive noticed this weird image corruption occurring in CS:S where most things go black etc. It looks really weird its very hard to describe. Anyway after it happened in game and i had left the game i was browsing some forums and found a photograph of a car which appeared similar (but blue)

Anyone else get this? (8800gtx & .64 here)
