make sure your connections are good, and no overclocking...
You might have to hit fdisk too and wipe it clean...

Looks like if I had a bad connection it would'nt install win ME,I had a new harddrive that had no operation system on it,but WIN XP want load,it just stops when it says it is examineing the harddrive and then I get a blue screen, but it will load WIN ME with no problems.I have done tried formating and installing a full edition of WIN XP as well as a upgrade of WIN XP from WIN ME,but still it won't load.and I did'nt have nothing overclock.

If that's not the case, sounds like maybe a bad stick or RAM then or you bumped it while working with the rest of the system. Reseat your RAM and get one of those boot floppies out and test it...
