Anyone know why it says my CPU is at 3.96 when its really at 3.52? (Sorry about the size)

Because its assuming you're using the stock multiplier, for whatever reason. Orthos and Coretemp do the same thing.

I'm also getting really funky reading on my Vcore and vDimm on Everest and CPU-z... what is a good app for an accurate reading, thanks.

CPU-Z hasn't read the vCore correctly for long time. The beta version of Everest that I have (Ultimate 2007) reads all of my voltages correctly. But this is the paid version. The free 2006 version didn't read my system correctly, and my motherboard wasn't supported in that version, either.
