Got it yesterday and today, strange
Any reason, solution?
I use beta driver from Nvidia (101.41)+official X-Fi drivers, no BIOS-update yet for system (MSI P6N)

I had that when i initially installed vista back in early january, but did windows update and it never happened again. Do you have the most recent updates from microsoft?

Look in Event Viewer and see if it tells you what's hanging on shutdown. It logs a ton of information so any application or system problems should be listed. It's a great troubleshooting tool.

Installed new BIOS today, gonna see if this one gives better results :)
First I had nvidia 2.053.61, now I have 2.053.66, but had to call to MS to reactivate Vista (I thought this problem was solved by a hotfix???)
