If you install SP2 be sure to scan for any possible regression of hot-fixes. Microsoft has released a tool located at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=eff8438f-8cc9-43eb-85c7-14dfcc099ee8&displaylang=en to scan for the hotfixes that will potentially regress after you install Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2. This tool can be run prior to installation of SP2.

No problems at all, have it installed in a splistream CD, the only problem I had was with the Spanish MUI, the "save as" dialog appeared blank  but solved it uninstalling the MUI package, I had seen in documentation that SP2 for XP x64 version is only supported in English and Japanese, so no Spanish MUI package :( .
