View Full Version : NCAA Tournament?
No threads on the NCAA tourney? Anyone watching?
I'm a huge Tar Heel fan but I love the ACC so I pull for all the ACC teams. I had mixed feelings on the Duke loss. While, I hate to pull for Duke, I still felt myself get upset when the guy hit the 17 footer with a couple of seconds left to beat them. Not that it matters but it also messes up my bracket by quite a bit. Heh, I have 4 ACC teams in the final four with UNC winning it all. I do that every year so I'm never close to winning any of the pools. I just can't bring myself to vote against the teams "I want to win" though. :)

i was still glad to see duke lose. even without riddick, who i hated with a passion, it's nice to see them lose, i'm also a tar heel fan, and the past couple of years duke has been getting on my nerves, it was nice to see them lose.
I think it was one of the commentators that mentioned some of Duke players said they were just really happy to be playing someone outside of the ACC. They feel like they're hated in the ACC and always get everyones best game. Heh, guess that didn't work out very well for them though.

glad to c guys here are watching it, i was almost bout to start a thread. I just watch it to enjoy, i dont really have a favorite, but for some reason, always paid attention to michigan :) i think they play ohio next, goodluck trying to stop that tree growing under the basket :) (oden)
My bracket is doing ok :)

Yeah, thankfully UVA looked strong. I thought I was going to have to take back my comment since Va. Tech made a little run but now it's back to a double-digit deficit.
Edit: Heh, like I said, go Va. Tech. :)

Apparently he got kneed in the 'nads and tossed up the shot and it went in. :)
Was a pretty crazy bucket. He faked a pass when on the ground and got a clear shot :D

Was a pretty crazy bucket. He faked a pass when on the ground and got a clear shot :DThe local paper reported that he said he bounced it off his foot, had to go down to get the ball and then just tried to hit the rim since the shot clock was at three seconds. Either way, it was a wild shot.

What a great tournament - Texas Tech, Duke, and Note Dame are all gone. :D Only thing that would have been better would have been an upset over Ohio State.
Yeah, I hoping for that upset (Ohio State) and for G'town to get upset. Actually, would have been cool to see VCU get to the next round also. Oh well...

Go Kentucky!!!! BUt I really doubt it, they play Kansas tomorrow, if Randolph Morris can put together the game of his life, maybe we have a chance.

Man, I thought the 'Heels were going down but thankfully they avoided the upset. Tyler had a big game.
