Mike's Bikes is a great simulation that I had to use in my Strategic Management class. My team kicked ass. We had a stock price of like... 300 compared to other people in the teens.

But..... it costs, requires installation, and is best used in a team vs teams environment. So it doesn't really meet any of your requirements but it is really good.
