Has anybody seen this or know how to resolve it?
I get the error when trying to play the radio stations in Urge using MP 11. All other functions of Urge and MP 11 are fine.

A bit more information:
Urge Radio will work ONCE. When I shut it down and then fire it back up a
bit later, it will not work and gives that aforementioned error. if I wait a
long time - like overnite - or at least a few hours, it will work again.
Once. Then the process starts over.
It is like a TSR issue or something along those lines.
Hmmmm.

DRM.

If it was a Digital Rights Management issue - wouldn't it affect everybody using Urge?

That's the joy of DRM and the local DRM database you keep in addition to about 80% of support calls being DRM related. When you do business with a vendor who supports/forced DRM this is what you get.
More often than not the resolution is a complete reinstall of the host OS because you cannot easily uninstall nor reinstall WMP11.

I already uninstalled WMP 11 and Urge with no problem. Didn't make any difference anyway.

So are you saying that Urge will not work for anybody? If it is DRM - why do iTunes and Rhapsody work?
