Been over a month since the 100.65's were released now...
101.41 is a lot crappy and full of crashes/reboots twins....
SLi is supported on GeForce 7 but it seems to me that the whole thing is a little bit "premature"... maybe some bugfixing wouldn't be a bad idea to do first.
Anyway Test Drive Unlimited (is buggy itself and we all know it) starts one time out of 5 or 6 tries, crashes in game, crashes during save, crashes during map view.... if you manage to start it.
If it doesn't start at first try, you can forget to start it without a full reboot 'cause even if you get it fired-up then the whole system would be unstable (I have from 24 to 30 problems in vista's history named "Video Hardware Error" at each TDU "false start").
Not to mention S.T.A.L.K.E.R. or Rainbow Six - Vegas, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter or the wonderfully "teared-off a go-go" Pro Evolution Soccer 6....
No-No Nvidia, that's not the way to (un)support your hardware and your customers, who made yours their hard earned money (myself included).
It's not a Microsoft's problem, it's not Vista's problem, it's just Nvidia's, because any other (well) supported hardware works under Vista flawlessly; and Vista itself it's a lot better than it is described in many Anti-Windows forums.
An happy Windows Vista Enterprise x32 - Windows Vista Business N x32 customer.

I'm using 101.41 drivers in Vista64 and the only game I'm having trouble with is Fear Combat, it runs like arse on a couple maps while other maps run great. My other games run great including Test Drive Unlimited, no crashes in the 20 times or so that I've played it.
I have no difficulties in believing you, trust me my friend.
Anyway I am complaing about SLi support for Geforce 7 series in 32bit environment.
You are experiencing almost no problems with Single GPU of Geforce 8 series in 64bit environment.
Quite a bit of a different scenario to be compared with.

How did you get your ram to run at 1.5 CAS and then the last part 0?
Bandwidth almost wouldn't matter then.

At least they are busy with it and release drivers on a regular base
How did you get your ram to run at 1.5 CAS and then the last part 0?
Bandwidth almost wouldn't matter then.
With the usual tools:
A64Tweaker for timings, ClockGenNF4 for clocking memory, a lot of volts (3.6 is near the safe limit even for those chips), a couple of Vantec Tornados on the Ram Banks to chill them out (a bit at least), a large shard of luck (at the time I picked my Rams at the shop).
Tras at 0 is not of a great impact on the results I had (rather than on "scenic" side) just because this was all on a 1M SuperPi and for stability reasons (I read somewhere on the old DFI board that could be useful to gain stability for the short one meg Pi, and I found it true).
Those numbers were not made for daily use (I think no one could even dream to have a SanDiego core running 3 gigs daily with Rams at 3.6V...).
All those numbers were made on a stripped down/nlited version Windows Server 2003.

Well... its been monday here for around 19 hours, are there any drivers coming out?
I just got STALKER today and it crashes in Vista and doesn't even load a level in XP...
A new driver would be nice.
... a patch would be even better...

stalker is unplayable for me on vista, as soon as i get out in the open on the first level its slows down to laggy.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is really a pain in the... ehm.. ok "there"... just as said before is really laggy sice first moment in the open scenery.
On my SLi setup in Vista is really smooth at 1440x900 with full details and filters, but often it lags for fractions of second and then it keeps running well again.
