Which power option should I be using in Windows Vista Ultimate Edition?

Balanced? Power Saver? or High Performance?

I would do high performance but make a few custom adjustments.

I'm having problems with my machine and sleep mode where the machine won't wake up at all or it has problems with waking up. I've seen this problem on a few configurations and some of the tech websites have reported similar behavior. I turn sleep completely off and "turn off hard disks" is set to never. I then set the processor minimal state to 5% and "turn off monitor" to 10 minutes.

When they fix the sleep issue, the advanced power saving settings should be appropriate.
