Anyone else watching this? By far, the best looking HD programming I have ever seen. I am consistently amazed by the content Discovery puts out, but this is miles above the best they've done up until now.
It's very engrossing, informative and (obviously) gorgeous. I've already got the HD DVD on preorder. :D

Yep been watching it, amazing especially the 'Ocean Deep' series. I'm also going to be buying this when available, worth the money

I watched about the first 45 minutes of it last night in bed and loved it but fell asleep. I had it recording on our VCR though. I'll probably ask for the HD dvd set when it comes out.
Those birds of paradise sure are crazy looking.

I didn't even notice the title was spelled that way until you said something.
It's about the only show in HD I watch on a regular basis.
Really awesome content and it looks great.

$80! Ouch! Seeing as to how I lack an HDTV, I'll probably ask for this for Christmas from someone. Mabey I'll have a TV worthy of watching it on by then!

Just get the BBC version. Aired on BBC last year. It's exactly the same as the Discovery version, except for the narrator. Or maybe you're already talking about the BBC one, I don't really know. :p
EDIT: I just saw that is the preorder. Heh. :o

Sigourney Weaver did a great job narrating.
I just preordered the BD version and I think this might be my first preorder. Anyway, didn't seem like it would make it locally so I figured I didn't have much choice other than getting it online. Hope it's good since I haven't seen any of it on TV and don't really know much about it.

It will be available for pickup at Fry's if anyone is interested and one in their local area
Fry's??? I've only heard about them. :(

Best B&M store there is. I haven't been to Best Buy or CompUSA to buy anything in over a year. Fry's is the closest thing to Newegg in a box that I can imagine.
