Anybody else have something close to that???
I am running a DFI Ultra D and Opteron 165, overclocked or default, I get BSOD's when Folding, normally I would blame FOlding for doing it, it's beta and all, but checking the minidump file, it's blaming nvmfdx32.sys, which is a nvidia file.
Anybody got any ideas what might be going on????
I'm having issues with the folding clients under Vista-32. The standard folding@home client will cause the computer to reboot after a while (I'll see if it mentions in the log what is causing it this evening). The GPU version keeps crashing the video driver. I haven't been able to get the SMP version working yet so I don't know about it's stability. Someone gave me a link to check out but I haven't had a chance to do that yet. I'm trying to run these on my 2nd system.

The SMP client was designed for at least 4 processors, and it is stated that you shouldn't run it if you have only 2. Just run the regular verison, and you won't have any problems.
Notes for running
1. We strongly suggest people run this client on 4-core boxes. While it will run on 2-core boxes, we have noticed some potential problems (we are looking into these issues now).

i used the SMP version but only under Windows x64.. it was stable for me, no problems with it.. but it was slow and the deadlines were too short for me to use the pc at the same time so i am back to the normal version..
under vista SMP client sometimes hangs!
After checking the event viewer, it looks like most of my issues are the ATI drivers. Since you're having problems also, makes me think it's more the clients than anything else.
