If i want to run a ftp server out of my house, what is a good free one to do that:

Im trying surv-u now but its not free.

You might like Filezilla, it is free and has worked well for me in the past. Either that or just use IIS which is built into xp.

Consider using War-FTPD so I can stack-overflow you.

Why do you want to run an ftpd? Why not something like sftp?
