Atitool even viewer error after removing atitool

I was looking around in my event viewer (i'm running vista 32 ultimate) and every time i boot i get this error:

Service control manager even log provider. event 7026. The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: Atitool


I had tried Atitool about a month ago and uninstalled it so there must be some remnant around that is causing this. I can't see any trace of it in my list of services.

I reinstalled it (the latest beta) and uninstalled it but the same error show up.

Any ideas on how to clear this up?

I searched for ATI tool in the registry and there are quite a lot of instances of it. I deleted all that i could. Some i was not able to delete. The error seems to be gone now.

It would be nice if when you deleted a program you really deleted all of it.
