Need contact/schedule program

I do IT work for a elevator business and they want some software so they can keep track and update contacts and also do scheduling...It would be installed on their server(small business, 7 computers(xp pro) with p4 server w/ 2k3 server)...
Need to be a reliable company and not obscenely expensive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, I'd say Outlook/Exchange is your best bet.... assuming you think Microsoft is reputable and not obscenely expensive :D

what about for schedules?
I mean as in they want to have each contracter's location say for 6 monthes etc(on a bar graph)...

Really wouldn't be that hard to throw something together with a MSSQL or Win32 MySQL running with a web front-end on IIS. Not much too it really.

Other than that, something like ACT or a CalDAV/ICS server.

Are you talking like a gantt chart? Then you'd have to use Microsoft Project....
